PaceTrack is a platform built for high school track & cross country athletes, coaches, and teams to log runs, track progress, manage training, and support recruiting efforts.

• You must be at least 13 years of age.
• High school athletes under 18 should have appropriate parental or guardian consent where required.
• Coaches represent that they are authorized to use the Service on behalf of their athletes and school.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You retain ownership of your content (run data, profiles, etc.). By using the Service, you grant PaceTrack a limited license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service, including within team features and public recruiting profiles when you choose to publish them.

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading data
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Public recruiting profiles are optional. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you publish. You may remove or privatize your profile at any time.

AI-generated workout suggestions and training insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical or coaching advice. Consult with qualified professionals before making training decisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy of AI features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaceTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by updating this page with a new effective date.
